To be eligible for the award, nominated companies had to meet a number of strict criteria across three divisions of the Dulux business, including:

Corporate, which looked at the competitiveness of the company, cost disclosure and long term commitment to Dulux;

• Site, which covered product delivery, product quality and customer service, and
• Technical, which surveyed product Innovation, technical service and appreciation of business needs.
• Pact placed in the top 5 for each of Dulux’s nine business segments.

On the night of the formal award ceremony Yates General Manager, Mike Kirkman presented Pact with their award, saying “VIP Packaging is a major supplier of bottles to the Yates business and our contract manufacturing partners. Their technical expertise and innovative solutions are well respected within our business. Their ability to react to our ever changing forecast has been vital to our supply chain and achieving our customer service levels. Their delivery performance and representation is second to none.”
