Pact Group Release End of Waste White Paper

15 November 2018

Pact’s End of Waste White Paper examines the economic cost imposts of change as well as the cost of inertia. It articulates the current opportunities facing the industry and proposes solutions to end household waste.

Pact’s End of Waste White Paper  proposes:

  • A whole-of-industry approach to drive integration, investment and innovation
  • Setting brave and ambitious targets
  • Creating large sinks for consumption of recycled raw material
  • Simplifying the management of household waste for consumers

In launching Pact’s End of Waste White Paper, Executive Chairman Raphael Geminder said “Now, more than ever, industry needs innovation in sustainability, and while such innovation can increase cost to the supply chain, a unified approach can provide scale to reduce costs and uncover new opportunities, so consumers are not forced to choose between value and sustainability”.

To celebrate the launch of Pact’s End of Waste White Paper, Pact invited sustainability provocateur and cultural protagonist Dr. Leyla Acaroglu to speak to our customers about innovation that instigates positive environmental and social change.
