Our investor strategy continues to drive recent acquisitions such as Pact Retail Accessories, one of the world’s largest providers of garment hanger Reuse solutions; Flight Plastics, New Zealand’s only packaging manufacturer with integrated PET recycling capability and, joint ventures that include building the largest PET recycling facility in Australia with Cleanaway, Asahi Beverages and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team drive our strategy and guide our vision and values to ensure we continue to lead the way together.

Our leadership structure comprises The Board of Directors consisting of a Non-Executive Chairman, one Executive Director (CEO and Managing Director) and five Non-Executive Directors, and an Executive Leadership Team who are responsible for running the business and formulating the business strategy.

Corporate Governance

The Board recognises the importance of good corporate governance and its role in ensuring the accountability of the Board and management to shareholders.

The Board ensures that the Group is properly managed to protect and enhance shareholder interests and that the Company, its directors, officers and employees operate in an appropriate environment of corporate governance.
