Single-Use Plastics Legislation

In Australia and New Zealand, some of the items listed on this website may be considered ‘single-use plastic’ depending on the intended use. In some States and Territories certain types of single-use plastic have been banned from being sold.  We have used our best endeavours to identify those items that may be ‘single-use plastics’.  However, whether an item is in fact a single-use plastic will depend on how and for what purpose the item is being used. We strongly recommend that you check all relevant national, State or Territory legislation in Australia and New Zealand to determine whether a particular item can be used as intended.
