For International Women’s Day 2023 and beyond, we made a pact to #EmbraceEquity.

To mark the day, 376 Pact team members from around the world dialled into a webinar to hear from a #ProudToBePact panel about how embracing equity, diversity and inclusion helps drive success for everyone.

The panel covered the following important issues:
•      How they navigated successful careers in the manufacturing industry
•      The challenges of achieving gender equity
•      Experiences of gender bias in the workplace
•      How everyone has a role to play to create an inclusive culture

We also asked employees at our manufacturing sites 3 questions:

1.     How does gender balance and equity add value to your workplace?
2.     What are simple things your workmates can do bring more gender equity to your workplace?
3.     How can we all #EmbraceEquity, everyday?
